I loved the process of creating a new website. Especially, when the designer asked us 3 very specific questions to help their company understand our business. They simple asked:
1. Who we are
2. What do we do,
3. Why do people want to work with us.
I never realized how impactful this process would be. I ended up creating this attachment to send to all our clients when being introduced to them. It helps us explain the services we offer and our core values and promises to them as a client and frankly to our referral source.
We pride ourselves in being very approachable and communicating very well throughout the lending process, while creating as many wow moments as possible.
