Our team, The Westlake Team, DLC National, fully transitioned to working in a mobile capacity and are business as usual in an unusual business world.
We are handling questions from:
-deferring mortgage payments,
-accessing capital via a mortgage from equity in their home,
-evaluating mortgage renewals,
-evaluating mortgage refinances,
-access to private capital for short term needs
-introducing business for self customers to BDC for some of the new Fed Gov' capital injections
-introducing clients to banks offerings facilities from Fed Gov' to help with capital injections
All of our business verticals are fully operational!
-Agent training for our team has not slowed down
-all of our properties under construction that we have financed with mortgages are being supported as usual and draws are still occurring
-our commercial team is operating and taking on new business

-its a slow real estate market but are taking new application and supporting our referral sources with clients that require funding support
