Hey Everyone,
I want to sincerely thank you for making an impact on our business, and in turn, our communities! By supporting our Mortgage Brokerage in 2020 we were able to create more jobs, shop locally and give back to those in need! It is because of our amazing clients, referral partners, friends, family, community partners and industry partners that we got through on the right side of a pandemic while helping those around us! These interactions with you is what makes this work so enjoyable!

On a personal note, I have been looking for ways to support more local charitable organization. Our businesses have made contributions over the years but not as consistent and as organized as I would have liked. This led me to a small experiment this past Christmas. We asked for reviews on our website and pledged to make a donation for each review in the amount of $25. In less than 24 hours, that lead to a $300 donation to Kerr Street Mission and my pledge to donate over $3,000 in the coming months...
I have now decided to expand this campaign and add up, not just all the reviews, but also any referrals made to my brokerage on a monthly basis, and then make a contribution to a local charity. We will select one charity per month and make the contribution and post it on our blog. If you have an organization thats touched you and could use a little push, please let me know

Reviews & Referrals are easy for us to track and something clients and referral sources naturally do when satisfied with the services we provide.
