Your trust and collaboration mean the world to me, and I am immensely proud to be part of an industry that allows us to connect and uplift each other.
Having spent nearly 16 years in this business, I have had the privilege of experiencing remarkable opportunities and gaining invaluable insights. However, what stands out most to me is the chance to give back and support others, fostering deep, meaningful relationships along the way. This year has reinforced my belief in the power of relationships; we are in a business that thrives on reciprocal connections and genuine collaboration.
I am proud to share that we represent one of the top brokerages in the country, with close to 400 talented agents and despite the challenges in the market, our team has surpassed $2 billion ++ in origination, a testament to our commitment and the relationships we've built in this industry. I want to acknowledge our remarkable chief economist, Dr. Sherry Cooper, whose timely market analysis and rate predictions have served as a guiding light for our clients and partners during these unpredictable times.
We've made significant strides in improving our technology, utilizing Velocity to securely gather applications and communicate effectively with our clients. This advancement allows us to not only stay connected but also to identify new opportunities for our clients regarding rates and products.
This year has been particularly exciting for my team and me as we've successfully originated numerous fantastic deals—from construction projects in Oakville, Burlington, Toronto, and Muskoka to financing investment properties for clients building extensive portfolios. Our commercial division is also expanding rapidly, bringing in specialists to better serve this growing segment. Our pre-approvals are fully underwritten, taking any guesswork out of a purchase—be it your first home or a complicated niche property. We have saved clients thousands on their renewals, and it’s worth noting that there are more than 1 million renewals in 2025. Furthermore, our expanding private lending offerings not only include competitive and creative mortgage solutions but also investment opportunities for you to participate alongside us and grow our wealth together.
