As we close out another successful year, I want to express how truly grateful I am for each and every one of you. Being part of this team is not just about work, but about being in an amazing industry that allows us the freedom to manage our time and location, offers the potential for incredible income, and lets us make a significant impact on the lives of Canadians.

  •  Impact: Helping Canadians acquire real estate, whether it's their primary home, investment properties or restructuring their mortgage on renewal or as a refinance, means playing a crucial role in their lives and futures.
  • Relationships: The bonds and friendships we form within the industry are lasting and rewarding, providing support and opportunities for growth.

  • A special shoutout to the four teammates who joined me in attending DLC University this year. It was by far the best one day event of the year. We need that number up! The trend is clear: those who invest in these opportunities are seeing the greatest success.

 

Keys to Success in 2025:

  • Invest in Yourself: Personal growth is paramount. Look up to leaders like Todd Duncan, Darren Hardy, and James Clear as examples, but also seek your own role models who resonate with you. FC and DLC put on terrific events, get involved! NO excused.
  • Systematize: Organization is the key. With the right systems in place, handling deals and compliance is straightforward. Utilize tools like GoldRush in Velocity to manage your database effectively.
  • Action-Oriented: More deals mean more success. Focus on building relationships, expanding your network, and blocking time for outbound calls.
  • Leverage Resources: Get involved with the training calls offered by DLC and FC. You can handle deals independently with my assistants at your split, refer out any deals for a minimum 25% referral fee, or co-broker files needing more assistance with support for at least a 50/50 split—or as we agree. I'm here to facilitate introductions or offer support whenever needed. You are never a lone on a file and can always earn commission and learn along the way.

  • 2. I will actively work to find referral relationships and deal flow, passing these opportunities to the team and working together to leverage those files, helping you maximize your earnings.
  • 3. I will conduct weekly check-in calls to discuss file highlights, support your personal growth, and share insights on business development. Together, we can brainstorm ways to put more money in your pockets.
