We recently funded a deal for a client that required a private mortgage as a short term solution. The client was in a unique situation where they were waiting to sell their home in the spring of 2023, but needed to secure financing for a new property closing in late November. Our team was able to work with the client to find a solution that met their needs and provided the financial security they needed until they were able to sell their home, outside of the traditional markets where they did not qualify.
